Landmark Resort is located directly opposite Mooloolaba's beautiful beachfront and is comprised of Studio Suites plus one, two and three bedroom apartments with hinterland, pool, river or ocean views. Apartments feature full kitchen facilities and Studio Suites have a kitchenette with cooktop and microwave oven. All feature air conditioning, free WiFi, balcony, laundry and most have a private spa bath.
Resort facilities include a heated tropical lagoon pool, a shaded poolside area with sun lounges, children's wading pool, gymnasium, poolside spa, sauna and complimentary secure car parking. Wander up to the rooftop and enjoy the spa and barbecue facilities with views over the ocean. A wide variety of dining options including Australian, Italian, Japanese and Asian fusion cuisine are located within Landmark's complex.
Landmark Resort is situated on the beachfront amongst Mooloolaba's finest restaurants, al fresco dining areas and trendy boutiques. Step across the road to the magnificent year-round patrolled beach, which has won multiple awards for being Queensland's cleanest and friendliest. Sea Life provides a thrilling entree to the world below the sea and is a fun day's entertainment for the whole family. Stroll through The Wharf with its range of restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops or just simply relax on the deck with a drink and watch the world go by. A short drive to will take you to Steve Irwin's Australia Zoo and the superb Sunshine Coast hinterland.
Landmark Resort is an hour's drive north of the Brisbane Airport, or a 20 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport.

The Waterfall Day Spa - a perfect escape from the everyday.. to take time out and connect with yourself. Relax and unwind for an hour, a morning or afternoon or even a full day. Be nurtured by massage, facials, vichy shower treatments and soothed by the unique qualities of Éminence and Waterlily skincare ranges. The Waterfall also caters for all your other beauty treatments like waxing, tinting, manicures and pedicures. Open Monday to Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Bookings are required.
